This didge has a beautiful warm tone. It starts up with barely a whisper and can wind up to a hurricane, which means you've got tons of dynamic range all within one instrument. It projects vocals extremely well, transitions to trumpets easily, and has magnificent overblown response. For me it plays just a little above perfect C ( + 20-25cents @ 440 Hz). It's been about a week since I've played didge and the first little drone through this didge just now reminded me of how much I love it. Everything about it. Playing. Listening. Crafting. Gazing in admiration. All the weird and wonderful friends it's brought across my path. This didge is the next page of a story that might include you, or someone. An amazing adventure it will be.
