This is an amazingly beautiful piece of Oak from my friends place in California. Check out that detail shot with how twisty that grain is. The bore shaping is just a very gentle taper giving excellent balance leading to a concert quality/ recording quality sound. It's trumpets are easy and a nice succession. They're well matched to the fundamental as is the overblown. The vocals pop right out as with almost all my sticks because of the reflective coated interior.
