I try to make enough shorter length didges to satisfy my customers overseas who would otherwise have to pay about the same for shipping as they pay for the instrument. This didge, being under 60 inches ships cheaply enough that I'll cover the costs to almost anywhere on the planet, as I do with all sticks sold within the contiguous United States. In frequently making these shorter sticks I'm getting great experiance and mind blowing results. This F has a fairly open topend offering excellent vocal projections. The taper creates a close trumpet and nice action. The bell opens up enough to provide heaps of volume making it ideal for busking, and providing a sense of power that emboldens the player, lifting them to new levels of abilities and confidence. The walls of the instrument are 1/4 inch thin on the topend giving fast response and excellent feel, graduating to 3/4 inch thick at the bell providing solid delivery.
