DIDJ NUMBER - 370

This didge was gone before it was even sanded. People get really excited about my oiled sticks, though the epoxied ones seem to have developed a reputation for excellent sound, easy play, and durability you can count on. The oiled ones are still newer to me and fortunately for me, the fella that bought this one wants me to hold onto it so he can pick it up in person next summer at the 14th annual In-Didj-In-Us Gathering Of The Didjeridu Tribe. That's part of his excuse and motivation for making absoloutely certain that he makes it to the gathering. I'm thinking I'm liking his thinking. The didge gatherings worldwide are giving this didge scene such a strength of connections at the personal level, and developing friendships and heartfelt cooperations amoungst people whom in any other industry would be considered competitors. Getting in on the ground floor in this young industry means we get to design the skyscraper that will undoubtably rise above, and what a great opportunity to introduce a new model of behaviour and create this Heaven on Earth as a product of our own doings.
