DIDJ NUMBER - 601

This is a fantastic B didgeridoo. Often B's can just be slow and boring but this slender looking beast actually has a fairly open top end feeding into such a gradual taper that it maintains an excellent balance and ideal amount of back pressure. The alder timber has a warmth that offsets what could otherwise become too harsh of a tone by the interior coating, though this shape is worthy of copying if there's any aspiring didge crafters out there who are using very dense woods. If it's dense, keep the bell smallish and the taper gradual. Softer woods are better choices for more aggressive shapes. It all comes down to the sound of the voice...!
