Incredibly satisfying didge to play. It has sensitivity to even slight tongue movements and incredible projection of every nuance without being overly bright. The vocals are a bit dirty which is perfect, especially on a percussive stick which invites power play and big expressions. The trumpets are super easy, well matched to the volume of the drone, as is the overblown, making the full range from low to high easy to scale and incorporate into your rhythms.

The wood on this one is freakin' beautiful too. It's a piece of Maple that I pulled off of my riverbank a few years ago with plenty of spalting and fiddleback.
