DIDJ NUMBER - 459

I've been motivated to work on making extremely good low didges. So many crafters want to put a big bell on the end of a long stick but that usually ends up just making them longer than they need to be and making the subtleties less controllable. This instrument is a very solid wood, I think it's photinia (sp?), though there's also a chance it could be pear. Hmmmm.... either way, it's a very solid timber with a good deep timbre and crafted in such a way as to be very easy to play rather than awkward and slow like so many low pitched instruments. I absolutely love it. You will too.
